Club Kit
We are planning on putting in two orders for club kit - one before the New Year and one in the New Year. The designs for the kit are attached (thanks Mike!), as is a price list / order form (please note that everything is ex VAT - the spreadsheet adds it on at the bottom). If you want to place an order in the first batch then time is tight and we need a completed order form (via email) no later than Weds the 21st December (put this back a couple of days due to emailing issues). If you're wanting kit for the early season events (e.g. Whinlatter) we suggest you place an order now as the kit is likely to take 8-10 weeks based on past experience. Alongside the order form we also need full payment via PayPal to the following account: [email protected] (got to :https://www.paypal.com/ then click 'send money'). Important : In order to cover the PayPal fees you need to add £1.50 per item on top of the price calculated by the spreadsheet. If you don't want to pay this fee you can wait for the next order - the clubs new bank account will be fully set up by then and there will be the option to pay directly. So in summary we need: completed order form + payment via PayPal (inc + £1.50 per item) by Weds the 21st December . Any orders / payments received after this date will go in the new year order (date TBC but will need to wait until we have the minimum order of 10 items). Sizing & Samples Sizing is pretty standard, just bear in mind that race-cut stuff is relatively tight fitting so you might want to go a size larger. We have some samples of different items & sizes - BikeScene in Guisborough have kindly agreed to hold on to these for us, if you want to go and try them on ask for Anthony - please keep it in mind they're busy in the run up to Christmas (so ask him nicely!) and they're shut on Wednesdays. |
