MTB Guisborough Annual General Meeting 2012

Just over a year ago, MTB Guisborough registered as a Community Amateur Sports Club. Since that time memberships have been coming in and its now time to hold the club’s first Annual General Meeting.

The club committee would like to invite its members to attend the AGM to be held on:

Sunday 11th November 2012, 1.00pm
The Ship Inn, Westgate, Guisborough

We have reserved the function room, which is located at the rear of the pub. Drinks and snacks are available from the bar.

The AGM is a formal requirement, however it also presents the opportunity for members to find out what the club has achieved and what it has planned for the future, make suggestions for improvements, elect Committee positions, meet fellow members and generally get involved.

The Committee submits the following agenda to the general meeting for discussion and decision:

•  Introduction/apologies for absence
•  2012 annual report
•  Plans for 2013
•  Election of Committee positions
•  Any other business

Non-club members are more than welcome to attend but they will be unable to vote.
